The FSC ‘Conditions Framework’ stipulates the conditions that must be fulfilled by the Schweighofer Group (HS) for correcting the identified shortcomings and wrongdoings, compensating for the environmental and social damages resulting therefrom, and preventing the reoccurrence of any previously identified, or ongoing, wrongdoings and/or violations of the FSC’s Policy for Association, in order for FSC to consider an ending of its disassociation from HS.
The FSC ‘Conditions Framework’ also defines how the fulfilment of the conditions will be verified (in the form of ‘Verification Indicators’).
This consultation draft of the FSC ‘Conditions Framework’ is the main output of the first meeting of the Stakeholder Working Group held in Bucharest on the 3 and 4 of May 2017.

What document is being consulted?
The consultation draft of the FSC ‘Conditions Framework’ for HS developed by the Stakeholder Working Group (SWG) as part of the FSC roadmap process towards ending the disassociation. The FSC 'Conditions Framework' under consultation and related documentation are available in English and Romanian here:

Consultation is now open until 21 June!
The consultation draft of the FSC ‘Conditions Framework’ is now published for a 30 days public consultation (23 May 2017 – 21 June).
Objective: To collect the feedback from stakeholders about the conditions (and verification indicators) proposed by the Stakeholder Working Group to be required by FSC to HS.

Webinars on 19 June 2017
Webinars were provided in English and Romanian during the consultation period.
Objective: To present the content of the FSC Conditions Framework (consultation draft) and allow stakeholders to raise questions and input directly to FSC and its Stakeholder Working Group.

Other opportunities for engagement: Stakeholder Consultative Forum
All stakeholders are encouraged to submit input during the 30 day consultation period.
Stakeholders also have the opportunity to engage actively in this process by being part of the Consultative Forum to the SWG.
The Stakeholder Working Group Consultative Forum (SWG CF) are key stakeholders which the SWG represents that do not sit on the SWG. The SWG CF main role is to provide input to the SWG about the FSC Conditions Framework and about any related points for discussion.
