Abbie Curtis, Associate Director
Abbie is a strategic advisor and researcher, with a particular focus on sustainability. Abbie thrives in helping organisations understand their purpose in society and achieve leadership positions by listening and engaging with external stakeholders. Abbie’s recent clients range from recognised sustainability leaders such as IKEA, M&S and Unilever, to not-for-profits, particularly certification organisations including Fairtrade International, the Forest Stewardship Council and the Marine Stewardship Council, among many others. Prior to joining GlobeScan’s London office in 2013, Abbie worked in sustainability research and consulting. She holds an LLB (Hons) in Law and an MSc in Business & Community.

Philippe is a professional with 25 years of experience in the world of consumer goods, and passionate about building strong brands and advancing customer development. His expertise includes innovation management, brand building, customer relationship, value creation and people fulfillment. He joined Sofidel in 2013, and has held his current position since 2017.
- Agripa Munyai's Presentation
Agripa Munyai, Environment Manager, Tetra Pak
Agripa Munyai is the Environment Manager for the Tetra Pak Southern Africa market-based in Johannesburg. He is responsible for driving sustainability at Tetra Pak South Africa. Among other things he is responsible for advancing Tetra Pak’s environmental credentials, contributing in the development of sustainable products and increasing recycling of used beverage cartons.
Agripa joined Tetra Pak in February 2016 after working in the PET polymer recycling industry for three years. He holds a degree in Environmental Studies and a Postgraduate Degree in Sustainable Development both from Stellenbosch University.
- Jeremy Harrison's Presentation
Jeremy Harrison, Chief Marketing Officer
Jeremy is FSC’s Chief Marketing Officer and Market Development Director. Before joining FSC in 2017, Jeremy worked with Syngenta for six years as Head of Business Development & Planning, on global market development, focusing on crop solutions for smallholder farmers in developing markets.
Jeremy launched his career with marketing roles at Diageo in Asia. He then led the UK marketing programme for Gillette’s oral care business, followed by strategy consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton in Europe. He then joined Maxxium in senior marketing and business development roles, including four years in Shanghai, China.
Jeremy holds an MBA, a Master’s degree in Sustainability Leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree in Ecology.
Rodger O'Connell, Senior Consultant
Rodger is a highly talented consultant with exceptional facilitation skills honed over twenty+ years working with not for profit and social sector organisations. As an organisational change/development consultant, he is known for his insight and straight talking to enhance organisational performance. He has a talent for bringing challenging issues to the surface for resolution and enabling people to agree shared goals. During the last ten years, Rodger has developed a world-class reputation for facilitating complex, multi-stakeholder international meetings and processes on behalf of global organisations such as the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and the Alliance for Water Stewardship. During the last three years, Rodger has facilitated meetings and processes for the Forest Stewardship Council, the Alliance for Water Stewardship, The British Council, The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, and the UK Health Foundation. Before founding LEVELheaded, Rodger worked with the Industrial Society (now the Work Foundation) in the UK.
