FSC has created and/or collected various materials that can help smallholders to become FSC certified.
FSC has developed the Regional Portfolios Project to increase and improve the outreach to smallholders. The project aim is to engage and build the capacity of national partners by supporting them with regional portfolios of materials that are easy to edit and reproduce.
The portfolios contain a brochure about FSC and the benefits for smallholders and a step-by-step guide about how to get FSC certified. The Regional Portfolios are available in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Mandarin Chinese. The materials are differentiated so they are appropriate to each region.
If you are interested in the materials, please contact your national office to get a version for your country.
FSC also has other guides for smallholders that can help them get certified.
